We can also reconcile the dictation we received against your records of what patients were seen to ensure that nothing is missing, or fax copies of your reports directly to referring physicians.

And just because we’re sticklers for the details of your transcription doesn’t mean we can’t also provide quick turnaround. Far from it, typical turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours, and this can be accelerated to meet client needs (with stat requests accommodated as well).

This includes researching names of people and venues online or via telephone and extracting information from previous reports so the doctor doesn’t have to re-dictate.
